The New Jersey murder incident where Sasikala and her seven-year-old son were strangled to death has devastated the Narra’s family and the friends. While the US police have questioned and let the husband Hanumantha Rao go and yet there is a speculation that he might have killed the duo due to an affair that he has, as alleged by Sasikala’s parents.
US police have questioned all the friends of Saiskala and Hanumantha Rao in the US even the women that have been alleged to have extramarital affair with Hanumantha Rao. But the Police doesn’t seem to have resolved the case yet. The official who is handling the case has refused to comment on the status of the same as reports say.
Hanumatha Rao, speaking to a reporter said that he was in shell shock when he saw his family lying in a pool of blood by the time he arrived home. He claimed his innocence as the police let him go after the interrogation and asked Sasikala’s parents to give him a clear chit for him to come along with the bodies to India which they refused. Now Hanumantha Rao is not going to accompany the bodies to Indian and wouldn’t attend their last rites as reported.
The bodies are yet to leave the US and it has been planned to send the bodies to AP by 31 March. A private service to pay final respects in the US to the mother and son would be held in this week.
