US Gadget Ban on Flights Raises Business of Air IndiaIt is really annoying for the people who fly between countries not being able to have access to their electronic devices that they work on during several hours travel time. First, the US and then the UK banned the gadgets except for the smartphone on the flights from a few Middle East airports.

This ban, according to the Indian Airlines is going to give a lift to the business, as people would now prefer the Airlines that do not fall under the gadget banned bracket and India is one of them. Now the airlines also have a plan of introducing a direct flight to Washington by July as per the reports.

Vinod Hejmadi, from Air India, quoted that many passengers use their laptops and iPad’s as their mini office and wouldn’t risk them to be exposed as the devices store confidential data to avoid potential theft or mishandling of the data. Which in turn makes the passengers to prefer the Airlines that don’t have the restriction which boosts up the traffic of Indian Airlines.
