Central Government which is part of the Tripartite agreement has invoked a rarely used clause for recovery.

The Central Government has debited 107 Crores from Andhra Pradesh’s account in RBI.

The concerned minister has revealed in Parliament to a question asked by BJP MP CM Ramesh.

The Minister also revealed that AP Discoms owes 7,486 Crore to various power companies including those belonging to the Central Government.
