Undavalli Arun Kumar who is looking to trouble Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on every issue now took the legal route as well. He now entered the Cash for Vote case. He reportedly filed an implied petition in Hyderabad High Court asking the court to make himself as one of the complainant in this case. This is regarding the case in which Chandrababu Naidu got a stay in the investigation of his role in the case.
Undavalli brought to the notice of the court that the Chargesheet in Cash for Vote case has the mention of Chandrababu Naidu several times but he is not notified as the accused or witness in the case which is not correct. Undavalli brought to the notice of the court that law should same to all and can not help some people.
He asked the court to add him in the case as well and allow him to argue in this case. There are several speculations that Undavalli is looking at YSR Congress and he is fighting a proxy war on Chandrababu government to benefit Jagan Mohan Reddy and his YSR Congress Party. But then Undavalli refused it disassociating him from any party.
