Undavalli_Arun_Kumar_to_Head_KCR_National_PartyOn Sunday, former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar arrived at Pragathi Bhavan and held sat with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao.

There is no official update about what transpired between them.

But there are speculations that KCR asked Undavalli to head his national party in Andhra Pradesh.

Undavalli did not confirm or deny the rumors. He has been out of politics ever since the state bifurcation and is only confined to the role of an analyst.

Moreover, Undavalli is a strong advocate against the bifurcation and also pushed the Chief Ministers to fight for the rights of AP and promises made in the bifurcation act.

If this offer of KCR is true, it will be really interesting.

The party will be called Bharat Rashtra Samiti or Bharat Rajya Samiti (BRS) and will be made official later this month.

The other day, Telangana Minister Gangula Kamalakar went on to say that BRS will be the only alternative to TRS indicating that the National party is indeed happening.

Buzz is that KCR is relying on South Indian plank to take on Narendra Modi. BJP, as we all know is very weak in the South except for Karnataka.
