Chandra Babu Naidu has come up with one more incentive to BCs and Kapus, the predominant castes in Seema Andhra region. Chandra Babu off late had been targeting this section of voters by announcing various schemes and benefits. And the latest incentive is that two deputy Chief Minister Posts if Telugu Desam Party is voted to power in the region. One of these posts will go to Backward Castes and other to Kapu community.
He announced this in Pitapuram, East Godavari district. Chandra Babu had announced BC Associations President R.Krishnayya as Chief Minister candidate in Telangana region to woo the BC voters. And the latest announcement is on similar lines. It is known that both the Assembly and Parliament elections for Seema Andhra region are going to take place on May 7th. This is the first election of the region post the state bifurcation.
