TRS Think Tank: No Merger, Chances dim for Alliance
Telangana Rashtra Samiti Polit Bureau Meeting took place a short while ago in Hyderabad. The meeting was attended by the core committee of TRS to District Incharges. Merger Proposal of Congress and the future course of action after Telangana state formation are primarily discussed in the meeting. Majority of the leaders are opinion that TRS should not merge with Congress at any cost. While most of them suggested TRS should be confined only to having an alliance with Congress.

Some of the leaders have also pressed the need to align with BJP as the party also played its role in the passing of Telangana Bill. They also told that BJP is most likely to form the next government at the center and an alliance with the saffron party will help Telangana get good funds from the center. Confidential information is that KCR also has the plans to go to polls with out any alliance and decide up on the alliances only after the elections. However, TRS still pondering about revealing the idea with out getting any credibility issues as Congress will try to malign TRS in case of no merger or alliance
