Mahabubnagar Zill Parishad meeting had turned bizzare after it witnessed ugly scenes. There was a heated argument between TRS MLA Guvvala Balraju and Congress MLA Ram Mohan Reddy for chance to speak in the meeting.
Ram Mohan alleged that he was not given proper chances to speak since he is an opposition MLA. Both the sides resorted to arguments and even fought with each other. At one stage Balraju reportedly slapped the Congress MLA.
Later Balraju alleged that it was Congress MLA who attacked him and demanded to file an atrocity case on Ram Mohan Reddy. He even staged a protest there at the meeting venue with his followers.
