BARC – Broadcasting Audience Research Council India has released the Television Ratings for the week April 21st to 27th. This is the week during which Janasena President Pawan Kalyan is on a tirade against TV Channels like TV9, ABN, and TV5.
He even called for a Boycott of these channels. TV9 continues to be the market leader for that week and TV5 News Channel is ranked fourth in that week. ABN – Andhrajyothi was never in the Top-5 and sources say there is no impact on its ratings as well.
On the other side, these channels have also imposed an unofficial ban on Pawan Kalyan and Janasena news. They are reporting all the positive news of Janasena just for the sake of reporting. Interestingly, it was TV9 which gave maximum publicity to Janasena before Pawan Kalyan attacked it.
