YSR Congress is organizing Job Melas in a few cities of Andhra Pradesh. A mela has concluded in Tirupati the other day and Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy has supervised this job mela.
We do not know the actual numbers but Sai Reddy announced close to 5K jobs. Only a few were given appointment letters then and there. They announced sending the remaining by email, courier, etc.
Sai Reddy, as usually made political comments even from that dias. He went on to say Chandrababu Naidu never thought of giving jobs to the unemployed youth.
He even went on to say that they are ready to conduct a job mela in Kuppam if Chandrababu requests.
But then this looks like more of a joke than anything else.
Job Mela is nothing but a platform to bring a few companies to one place. These are not the jobs that are created. But still bringing those companies to one place is appreciable.
But is not an achievement to taunt someone like Naidu who has created millions of jobs during his tenure as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
From HITEC City to Kia Motors, Naidu’s track record is not unsurpassable for any CM in the history of Telugu states.
Even in the case of Jagan, we all know how Andhra Pradesh is yet to witness a single new company or investment since 2019. We even have some investments moving away.
With that track record, Sai Reddy has the courage to mock Naidu by organizing Job Melas.
Conducting Job Melas is definitely great by the standards of the YSR Congress government, but it’s better Sai Reddy leave it that way.
Interestingly, Amara Raja is one of the companies that has done recruitment in Tirupati Job Mela the other day. We know it belongs to TDP MP Galla Jayadev and Jagan Government tried its level best to trouble the company.
