TDP founder Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s granddaughter and TDP politburo member and ex-MP Harikrishna’s daughter Nandamuri Suhasini will contest from the Kukatpally assembly constituency.
She held a press meet at her father’s house and briefed media about her association with her grandfather, father and how she was influenced by them to embark into politics. Suhasini’s Telugu sounded hard on ears and the words didn’t seem coming spontaneously or fluently. At least this wasn’t expected of Harikrishna’s daughter.
Yet one cannot fail noticing the force that all Nandamuri family members have got coded in the DNA and very obvious. Hence her first press meet may be a flop of a show but it is too early to write her off or her speeches. It is going to be hard for Harikrishna’s daughter for sure but we believe and hope she will work on her speaking and socializing skills to come close to the likes of her aunt, and BJP woman morcha leader firebrand Purandeswari if not match her.
