Telugu film industry seems to be keen on taking no risk with the Chief Ministers of both the Telugu States after the Ticket Prices controversy in Andhra Pradesh. The Pre-release event of Naga Chaitanya’s Love Story is an indication of it. We have seen how the event tried to play safe with both the Governments.
Megastar Chiranjeevi has started requesting both the Chief Ministers in most pleasing words. He used words like ‘Daya Choopinchandi’ and also referred the Chief Ministers as ‘Sirs’. This request speech from Chiranjeevi has come few hours before the industry biggies’ meeting with AP Cinematography Minister, Perni Nani today.
After Chiranjeevi’s speech, it is the turn of the team of Love Story. The Love Story trailer has a dialogue about ‘Sheep’ which has created a controversy. TRS supporters on social media fumed on the dialogue alleging that it takes a dig about TRS Government’s Free Sheep distribution scheme.
The dialogue has been edited to remove the ‘Sheep’ part from the trailer that is screened at the Pre-release event. Even though the dialogue is unintentional and everyone is sure that no one in Love Story team is controversial, they decided to play safe. It looks the industry is not in a mood to take any risk.
