Tirumala-Getting-Ready-for-Post-Lockdown-LifeTirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has been closed to the Devotees Darshan for more than Two Months now. The Regular Rituals of the Lord are being carried out behind the Closed Doors by the Archakas. There is no such instance in the history of the Temple getting closed for these many days.

Meanwhile, the Temple authorities are gearing up to open the Darshan whenever the Government allows. They have started taking measures to follow physical distancing in the Queue Lines. Usually, the Queue lines in Tirumala run very long and the waiting time is also high.

But the Temple authorities are confident that they can enforce the discipline in the devotees with the help of the staff. Hand Sanitizer Dispensers are also being put at many places. The Richest Temple in the World attracts Lakhs of Devotees every year and earns about 300 Crore per month.

Earlier this month, there are reports that the Temple is running out of Cash and may have to break its Cash Deposit worth 10,000 Crore or the Gold Deposits in Banks to meet the Regular Expenses.
