BJP state unit has become totally silent after the drubbing in Tirupati by-election wherein the party lost its deposit. There is no one to take responsibility for the defeat and the silence as is such there is no party as BJP ever existed in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, it looks like BJP seems to be trying to butter the Nandamuri family.
At least on three occasions in this month – when Junior NTR tested positive for COVID-19, when the actor celebrated his Birthday, and the other day, on the occasion, NTR’s 99th Birth Anniversary, BJP leaders across the country were seen tweeting about these occasions.
Some of the other state BJP leaders who barely know of NTR or Junior NTR were also tweeting. Usually, BJP IT Cell sends messages to the leaders to tweet when there is a common agenda. This sounds exactly like that. This would have come in handy to set propaganda if the TDP top brass did not wish Junior but that did not happen.
Once the state BJP leaders recover from Tirupati shock, we may see more of that agenda in the coming days.
