This Can Be Very Disappointing to JaganOur readers are aware of the ruckus that followed after the Local Elections in Andhra Pradesh were postponed. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy himself unleashed an attack on the then State Election Commissioner, Ramesh Kumar, and later brought an ordinance to remove him.

The issue is still pending in the court. To disappoint further, the Election Commission may cancel the election process which is complete until now as the delay is looking too long. Earlier, the Election Commission just paused the election process preserving the huge number of Unanimous victories of the YSR Congress.

This will be a huge disappointment for the Ruling Party which has invested huge money and might, to record stunning numbers. They will certainly look this at a lost opportunity. Given the Corona condition in India, the menace is here to stay and the elections may not be possible in the next six months.

The number of Coronacases in Andhra Pradesh has moved up to 2,300. The cases are on a rise due to the Koyembedu market of Tamil Nadu. The districts sharing borders with Tamil Nadu are the most affected. The only bright spot is that around two-thirds of the patients have recovered.
