The Sooner They Come Out of the Paper Tiger Mode, the Better for BJPIn the recent elections, BJP had managed a 0.84% Vote Share. All of its candidates including its President, Kanna Lakshminarayana have lost their deposits. The MLAs who have managed to win in 2014 elections while in alliance with TDP lost deposits this time which speaks volumes about the Saffron Party’s capacity in Andhra Pradesh.

Not even Six Months have passed after the elections and the results are fresh in everyone’s memory but yet the party has the audacity to make tall claims in the media. The Party’s National Leaders like Sunil Deodhar and GVL Narasimha Rao who never faced an election in their lives and the local leaders are trying to intimidate the Opposition, TDP.

GVL Narasimha Rao went a step ahead offering to mediate with BJP high command if Chandrababu Naidu is ready to merge the party. When we think that the offer comes from a party which has just managed 0.84% Vote Share to a party which polled close to 40% Votes, there can not be anything funny.

Moreover, the party did nothing to strengthen itself in Andhra Pradesh and the leaders have nothing to boast about themselves except for the charisma of Narendra Modi at the Center. The same Narendra Modi could not make an impression on the people here just six months ago. Their tall claims, for now, reinforces the notion of BJP leaders being mere Paper Tigers in Andhra Pradesh.
