Sachin’s honest effort for AP village

sachin Tendulkar Skill development in Andhra Pradesh villageIt is known that Former Indian Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar had adopted Puttamrajuvari Kandriga village of Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh and already did remarkable development works there with his MPLADS funds. Sachin is currently endorsing Digital payment solution firm Oxigen Services.

He deployed Oxigen on a mission to develop PR Kandriga. The company sent a couple of representatives to elicit information on the present livelihood activities of the denizens from the SHGs, unemployed youth and women, especially 440 landless poor. The company on the insistence of Sachin, would offer training on livelihood activities to the people of three villages including Puttamrajuvari Kandriga, Gollapalem and Nernuru.

The company would focus on capacity building through training to the women and others to enable them choose revenue generating activities. Oxigen will also offer their expertise to provide banking services to the village through business correspondent chosen by the villagers. The people there are in all praises for Tendulkar’s special attention on their village.
