The Real Boom is back in Hyderabad and that is evident in the auction of government lands in Raidurgam. 4.98 acres near Raidurgam Knowledge City was put up for auction and it fetched a whopping 185 Crore for the state chequer.
One acre fetched about 42.59 Crore which is a record in Telangana as well as the United State. After Telangana formation, the highest price is 29 Crore. The land fetched record price as it is the center of IT Corridor.
TSIIC put Six land parcels to auction but only two of them received bids. Telangana government is auctioning lands to make money for its ambitious schemes. In four phases of the auction until now, the government has got 1685 Crore.
