Telangana-Government-Gets-One-More-Shock-from-High-CourtHyderabad High Court had rapped Telangana government once again and this time it is regarding the government’s GO allowing hereditary jobs in Singareni Collieries. High Court, however, found fault with this orders and struck down the orders.

The high court categorically stated that Hereditary Jobs can be only given to the families of those who expired due to health problems when in service. The court also opined that the government orders will be a big injustice to the unemployed youth.

If the government’s plan would have worked, about 30000 jobs would have gone to their heirs. But then, the advocate general informed the court that only 5000 have applied for voluntary retirement and it will not be an injustice to the unemployed youth.
