The voting in Telangana is currently underway and the results will be out all 11th of this month. Along with Telangana, the results of four other states will also release. But then among all Telangana election results will have a national wide bearing. The reason for this is the Mahakutami experiment which is being used as a pilot project head of the 2019 elections.
TDP and Congress who were once arch-rivals have joined hands to take on the powerful enemy TRS. When KCR dissolved the Assembly in September the odds very clearly in favour of TRS but then political Pandits believe that TDP and Congress joining hands turn the table in that favour. If at all mahakutami wins it will be a lesson for the opposition Unity across the country.
It will polarize more Allies towards Congress head of the 2019 elections. At the same time if mahakutami loses it will be a death blow to both TDP and Congress. TDP will have stakes in Andhra Pradesh depending on this result. Despite being not a force to reckon in Telangana, BJP will be all Smiles if Mahakutami loses.
Ahead of elections in Andhra Pradesh in May, Jumping Japangs are itching to take a step for their future. It will also very much depend on Telangana Elections. TDP may be at the receiving end if Mahakutami loses in Telangana. Chandrababu Naidu has taken a risky step and it has to be seen how it ends. The results will also decide the future of TDP and Congress Alliance.
