Telangana Government is confident of retaining its top rank as a majority of the 340 prescribed reforms had been carried out by the Telangana state government. Minister KT Rama Rao had reviewed the progress of their implementation.
The Minister instructed the officials to complete the rest of the reforms to implement the measures suggested by Centre and World Bank to boost investor perception and improve rating in EoDB ranking. Ease of Doing Business Rankings are given by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) along with the World Bank.
Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have scored 98.78% score in this competition last year. KTR has taken these rankings prestigiously and is monitoring the implementation of the reforms closely to retain the Top Ranking.
