All set for the battle in state Assembly. The Andhra Pradesh State Reorganization or simply the Telangana Bill will be placed for discussion in Assembly from tomorrow. It is known that President of India had given time till January 23rd to the house to give its opinion on the bill. The new Legislative affairs Minister Sailajanath will introduce the bill in to the house and at the same time will take down on the bill as faulty, insufficient and not enforceable.
Sources say Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is also planning to pass Samayikya Andhra resolution in the house if possible and send it to the President. The MLAs from Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema can make it pass very easily. On the other side, Telangana MLAs will stall the proceedings of the house in case Samyikya Andhra resolution is taken up. The Government is also expected to ask the President for increase in time to send the assembly’s opinion.
