If the buzz emerging from Political circles is to be believed, TDP (TS) is in for a massive embarrassment in the state once again. Reports are emerging that TDP (TS) Party President, L.Ramana is looking to quit the party and join the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti very soon. Harish Rao is reportedly in talks with him.
L.Ramana is uncomfortable in the party as Working President Revanth Reddy continues dominate. Also the situations in his constituency, Jagityala are also in favour of TRS. Ramana sees no future for TDP (TS) in Telangana and so is taking his own course to save his political career.
Recently YSR Congress Telangana President Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy also joined TRS. If Ramana does that, he will be the second Party President to join TRS. Ramana is one of the senior most leaders for TDP in Telangana. He also served as a Minister previously. He contested and lost from Jagityala in the last elections.
