BJP is trying to arm twist TDP by saying that there is going to be an alliance with TDP only in Andhra Pradesh and it will go alone in Telangana. TDP (TS) has started countering that. TDP (TS) Working President Revanth Reddy has criticized BJP’s dual nature.
On one hand, BJP is fighting against TRS and is aspiring to come to power in 2019 and on the other side, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi is showering praises on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao exposing the hypocrisy of the party.
Revanth Reddy also irked BJP by meeting MIM floor leader in Assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi on Monday which has raised many eyebrows. The duo held a one-on-one meeting for about two hours. BJP does not see MIM eye to eye and this will obviously irk them.
TDP (TS) has sent the indications that it will have its own plans if BJP will go alone in Telangana. Buzz in the political circles is that Revanth Reddy is in favor of having an alliance with Congress as well but Chandrababu is not in favor as that will create unnecessary problems in Andhra Pradesh.
