TDP has increased its efforts to ensure that the Parliament takes up the No Confidence Motion. TDP Floor Leader, Thota Narasimham held a series of meetings with AIADMK and TRS to stop their agitations and ensure that the house is in order to take up the no-confidence motion.
But then, things have not changed. Both the parties continued to stall the parliament and the Lok Sabha is adjourned till Tuesday. TDP MPs have also met the Speaker and offered her the signatures of 50 MPs needed to take up the No Confidence Motion.
They also offered to parade them before the Speaker if needed. But the Speaker stick to her stance that the counting should happen in the house and for that the house needs to be in order. That will mean that the government may conveniently escape the No Confidence Motion this way.
