Telugu Desam Party has announced that it will contest independently in the next elections. “We will contest alone and are not eager to have an alliance with anyone,” Minister Kalava Srinivasulu told the media earlier today
He also added that the various welfare schemes taken up by the State Government will ensure a grand victory for TDP in the next elections. Earlier, TDP has gone independently in 2004 elections but has lost due to heavy incumbency.
As things indicate, Janasena and Communist Parties are likely to contest together even though it is a long time to speak about given the complexities on seat sharing. BJP, YSR Congress, and TDP are likely to contest independently this time
