Sanathnagar TDP MLA and TDP Senior Leader Talasani Srinivas Yadav is making TDP and its supporters anxious. There were rumours that Talasani is going to join TRS for a long time. In the wake of those rumours, Talasani met Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao a short while ago in CM’s official residence. It is said that Talasani met KCR to discuss about IDH Colony in Padmarao Nagar division which is fully damaged. Talasani had requested KCR to help the poor living there to reconstruct the colony.
If Talasani decides to quit TDP and join TRS. It will be a major shot in the arm of TRS ahead of the GHMC polls in November. The ruling party had very meager presence in the Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts. TRS just managed to open its account in the region in these elections by managing to win 3 seats there. Now TRS is looking to win the GHMC elections with the help of alliance with MIM and encouraging defections of influential leaders from TDP and Congress of the region.
