Telangana Intelligence Chief to be arrested in Phone TappingService Providers have clarified to Vijaywada court that they can not share the call data of Mathiah and others to the court as the Telangana government threatens them with prosecution if they give the data to the court. The service providers have informed the court about their position.

Earlier the court had sought this data over Mathaiah’s case that his life is under threat from Telangana government and police. To establish Mathaiah’s claims that he got several calls from TRS leaders and Telangana Police, the court ordered the service providers to submit the data.

In the previous hearing, the service providers agreed to furnish the data but sought more time but now they totally rejected the court’s order and is now in the danger of liable to contempt of court. They are planning to approach the high court on this issue.
