YSR Congress MP Vijayasai Reddy’s personal assistant lodged a complaint at Tadepalli police station in the Guntur district saying that his mobile phone was lost. But no case has been registered till date.
“Vijayasai Reddy is not using that phone now. His personal assistant uses it. The complainant then asked for no further action. That’s why we didn’t go ahead with the investigation,” says the police.
It is not difficult for the police to find where the lost phone. Based on tower location, IMEI number, and other technologies, the phone can be tracked anywhere.
Especially when the complainant is an MP of the ruling party, it can be tracked very easily. But the way the police are handling the case is suspicious.
The complaint was registered exactly on the day (November 21st) YSRCP MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy met Sharath Chandra Reddy, the brother of Vijayasai Reddy’s son-in-law who was arrested in Delhi Liquor scam.
In the recent charge sheet in the case, ED stated that 36 suspects and accomplices, in this case, destroyed 170 cell phones in the last year. The Opposition is suspecting the same with Vijayasai Reddy’s case as well.
