Centre For National Opinion Studies has conducted a survey about the popularity of the central government and the state governments.
The survey is called ‘CNOS Opiniome Survey’ was conductec over one-month period that also includes data as recently as June 30th, 2022.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi sits comfortably with 54% approval ratings.
Coming to the Chief Ministers, Naveen Patnaik (Odisha), Yogi Adityanath (UP), Uddhav Thackeray (Maharashtra – now changed), Himanta Biswa Sharma (Assam), and Bhagwant Singh Mann (Punjab) are the top 5 Chief Ministers in the country.
Both the Telugu Chief Ministers are ranked low in the survey.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is ranked at Twentieth position in the list while Telangana CM KCR is ranked eleventh.
KCR has got an approval rating of 49 points while Jagan’s approval rating is 39 points.
Jagan’s approval ratings have dropped by 10 points when compared to their previous survey.
