After Vijay and Simbu, it’s the turn of actor Suriya to test his singing ability. The actor is all set to croon a number in his upcoming film, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Suriya had no interest in singing but the film’s director Lingusamy insisted him to sing.
But Suriya says he is happy acting and never wanted to sing even after his co-stars have been singing. It was after Suriya crooned a Nescafe jingle, he’s been approached by his producers to sing in his film but the actor isn’t keen on taking up singing seriously. He says that he was never informed about singing for the jingle and it just happened out of the blue.
Suriya, who recently had a fall out with filmmaker Gautham Menon, said that everything between them has been sorted out and he’s keen to team up with the filmmaker in the future. He said that he will always be ready to act with Gautham.
