The YSR Congress Abusive Troll let out vulgar cartoons on Council of Andhra Pradesh and the case is registered on that. There are reports that Speaker may summon him to the Assembly and punish him using his Special Powers.
If this happens, it may create a political stir in Andhra Pradesh but then Karnataka Assembly had set a precedent with that. On the other side, YSR Congress is trying to save him calling the abuse as his Freedom of Expression.
