Speaker Accepts The Resignations of YSR Congress MPsLok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has finally accepted the resignations of Five YSR Congress MPs who laid down their papers. The MPs were called for one more meeting with the Speaker this morning and they have insisted on accepting their resignations.

However, this resignations will also mean that there will be no by-elections as the current Parliament has less than One Year in office. The Party MPs intelligently made sure that they got the credit of the resignation and at the same time did not have to face the by-elections.

YSR Congress is gearing up for a Mega Welcome to the MPs from Delhi hailing their move as a Supreme Sacrifice for the State. The MPs who are resigned are Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy (Nellore), YV Subbareddy (Ongole), YS Avinash Reddy (Kadapa), Midhun Reddy (Rajampet), and Siva Prasad (Tirupati).
