From all those bulletins of Jayalalithaa recovering and discharge, all of sudden, it was told that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa suffered a Cardiac Arrest and from then, the hell break loose with rumours doing all around about the worst possible outcome which Jaya’s fans would not relish.
Adding fuel to the fire, Chennai and the other parts of Tamil Nadu was put on high alert and several schools and other institutions were closed for the day. While Mainstream Media exercised some restraint in publishing the rumours, Social media was just unstoppable with all kinds of panic triggering rumours.
There are reports coming in that all the signatures of AIADMK MLAs are being collected. Some say this for an interim arrangement until Jayalalithaa is out of the danger. Some other sources, preparations are on for the inevitable.
In the case of the interim arrangement, Jayalalithaa’s loyalist, O Paneer Selvam is a natural choice. According to the latest health bulletin, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s condition is ‘Very Critical’. Tamil Nadu is on its toes as it waits the Chief Minister to come out of the Apollo Hospital where she is being treated for the last 74 days.
