Kejriwal had to face a shoe thrown from the crowd today for criticizing Narendra Modi pointing out Demonetization to be the biggest scam of the country. A young man has thrown a shoe on Kejriwal while he was speaking about the drawbacks of Modi’s note Ban decision.
The man who threw the shoe on stage was handed over to police. Kejriwal alleged that it was Modi’s supporters who did this to him calling Modi a coward. He said that their party can also do that but wouldn’t, as their values restrain them from such activities indirectly denoting BJP not to have such values.
Later the incident, Kejriwal tweeted saying he would not stop exposing the flaws of PM and his actual intention behind demagnetization despite these attacks. Kejriwal slammed leading party on demonetization during his speech at the rally.
