Shocking! Suspected COVID-19 Patient Found Dead on Hyderabad RoadAccording to a report in the National Media. A 77-year old suspected COVID-19 patient was found dead on the roadside with his body unattended in Narayanaguda, Hyderabad for over twelve hours on Friday. He is said to be a migrant worker from Nepal and police have recovered COVID-19 test slips in the deceased’s pockets.

The police had to wrap his body in plastic sheets and wait for a team of health workers, who arrived only the next morning. He was referred to a Government Hospital in King Koti after a Primary Health Care Centre (PHC) in the Lalapet area suspected him to have contracted Coronavirus.

He got checked in King Koti hospital and was then referred to Gandhi Hospital, the designated Coronavirus hospital in the state. But he walked out before an ambulance arrived and everyone was clueless about how he disappeared. The police are trying to identify his contacts from the CCTV footage in the surrounding areas.

The deceased is said to be Sher Bahadur from Nepal, who was working at a bar in the Lalapet area in Hyderabad.
