Shocking: KCR To Contest From Two Seats? If the report from a Telangana based Newspaper is to be believed, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is planning to contest from two seats in the upcoming elections. KCR may contest from Medchal as well apart from his own constituency, Gajwel. The report said there is a hidden anti-incumbency against KCR in the constituency.

Based on the intelligence reports, KCR has decided to contest from Medchal as well. Mahakutami has fielded Vanteru Pratap Reddy against KCR. Vanteru is in TDP in 2014 elections and gave a strong fight to KCR. The Telangana Chief Minister scraped through to win with 19,218 votes.

Vanteru is so strong there that any other leader would have lost if not KCR. Later on, he joined Congress along with Revanth Reddy. He has become a formidable force now with the support of TDP and Congress voters in the constituency. There is no confirmation from TRS camp about this development.

If at all KCR decides to contest from two seats, it will definitely send wrong signals across the state. But if he really decides to do that, KCR a very good orator will come up with some convincing reason for sure. Telangana is going to elections on December 7th and the results will be out on 11th.
