Warne, 52 was found lifeless in his house earlier and he was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced brought dead.

Shane Warne is a childhood hero of the 90s generation kids. His unique bowling action, the tongue out mannerism, unprecedented spin bowling capabilities and the trademark aggressive celebrations were loved by everyone. He is one of the greatest ever cricketers and most certainly is one of the all-time great spin bowlers.

The cricketing world is in a state of shock and disbelief as the untimely passing away of Warne has rattled everyone.

Just earlier today, Warne tweeted “Sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh has passed. He was a legend of our great game & an inspiration to so many young boys & girls. Rod cared deeply about cricket & gave so much-especially to Australia & England players. Sending lots & lots of love to Ros & the family. RIP mate” as he reacted to the passing away of Rod Marsh.

Hours later, Warne passed away. Scary how unpredictable life can be.
