How would anyone picture the police stations of India in their mind? Old, creepy and sometimes a den. Overall, it’s a scary place for many and the construction itself used to give a terrifying impression to step into, contributing to the communication problem between policemen and the people.
Andhra Pradesh decided to change the look of their Police Stations and introduced Model police stations which are first of its kind in the country. Looking at the design of the station, one would definitely get a pleasant impression. Two stations of Guntur were started construction in October and are ready to step in. The building has been facilitated with the latest technology, good ambiance and a pretty place to work at.
The motto of these model stations is to promote the communication of people and the easy access to them along with more efficient services as said by DG. These air conditioned, 3000 square feet buildings are going to be inaugurated soon by the CM Chandra Babu Naidu.
