Remember LV Subrahmanyam who was airdropped as Chief Secretary during the elections to trouble the then Chandrababu Naidu Government? LV was later continued as the Chief Secretary as a reward. We do not know what happened later, he was unceremoniously shunted out by Jagan Government.
Former Chief Secretaries who worked under Chandrababu – IYR Krishna Rao and Ajeya Kallam were used to tarnish the image of the then Government. They played a crucial role in Chandrababu’s downfall. It was rumored that IYR Krishna Rao will be made Brahmin Corporation Chairman but the corporation itself was made dummy in Jagan’s rule.
Now, it may be the turn of another former IAS Officer, Ajeya Kallam, according to a Report in Andhrajyothy. He was made the Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister. It is emerging that Jagan clipped his wings and transferred all of his portfolios to CM’s Chief Secretary, Praveen Prakash. Another IAS Officer, PV Ramesh who worked with Chandrababu previously left Central Service and joined the CMO as Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister.
He is playing a crucial role in AP’s COVID Strategy as well. He is also reduced to a mere advisor now and most of his powers going to Praveen Prakash again. The report said that both Ajay Kallam and PV Ramesh are fuming at the treatment. They allege ‘Use And Throw Policy’ by Jagan.
