Sandra given two weeks remand!TDP Satthupalli MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah was awarded two weeks of judicial remand by ACB Special Court. The court also asked Sandra’s lawyers to come up with a counter on ACB’s request for his 5 days ACB custody. ACB had made Sandra as the fifth accused in Cash for Vote case.

Sandra spoke to Sebastian for 22 times during the Cash for Vote period. They also alleged that Sandra master minded bribing of few TRS MLAs to vote in favour of TDP’s MLC candidate, Vem Narender Reddy. ACB clarified that Sandra did not cooperate to them in the 7 hours interrogation on Monday.

Sandra will now be shifted to Cherlapally jail and he will given special status being an MLA. Earlier Sandra Venkata Veeraiah said that this is a clear case of political vendetta and he already said every thing that he got to say in the interrogation. ACB court posted the hearing of ACB custody and bail petition to tomorrow.
