Sajjala Underestimating Public Memory?Government Advisor (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy is known for his oratory skills. But these days has become an expert in conveniently twisting the facts.

The other day, Sajjala said, “Naidu claimed credit for the interlinking Godavari and Krishna using Pattiseema. But it was YSR who built the canals. Naidu only fixed the motors and tried to steal credit”.

Jagan and YSR Congress constantly opposed the Pattiseema project right from the start. Jagan called it a useless project, alleged it as for corruption, etc.

In fact, in the first year, after coming to power, Jagan tried not to use the project but later gave up on the pressure of farmers.

There are numerous speeches of Jagan in the assembly on this topic.

Why would Jagan oppose something if YSR started? How can Sajjala claim credit for something which his own party opposed?

Is the ruling party trying to take advantage of the Public’s short memory? If yes, they are wrong. Probably, he is underestimating the public. It’s better to not touch on such topics and expose themselves.
