Abhay, a 15-year-old resident of Hyderabad was recently kidnapped and later on murdered when the parents of the victim were, allegedly, unable to pay the ransom of Rs. 10 crores. However, there seems to be more to this case as rumours are rife that the kidnap was just a cover and the main motive was a personal feud. Apparently, a business rivalry was the reason why Abhay’s body was found stashed in a carton.
The boy, who was in 10th standard, was abducted near his house when he was walking towards a tiffin centre. The parents had lodged a missing person’s report soon after which has now turned into a homicide case.
Three of the kidnappers have been arrested after being traced to Vijayawada while two more are on the run.
