Sachin’s Rajya Sabha attendance is all time low and it has only fuelled more criticism.

But the Master Blaster has blasted it away in his own style. Sachin Tendulkar, whose term as Rajya Sabha MP ended recently, has donated his entire salary and allowances to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund. In the past six years, Sachin has drawn nearly Rs 90 lakh in salaries and other monthly allowances.

During his tenure, Sachin has sanctioned 185 projects across the country with 7.4 crores out of his allocated 30 crores which are being used for educational and related structural development, including building and renovation of classrooms. He also adopted two villages.
