MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju in an interview with a media channel has revealed the reason for his tirade against his own party. “I was promised MP seat before the joining party. A day after my joining, Ranga Raju was offered the same seat by Jagan Mohan Reddy.
But when Ranga Raju approached his father Gokaraju Ranga Raju for advice, he asked his son no to contest as it would be unfair to me,” said Narasapuram MP. Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju continued to say that YSRCP tried some other leaders also to bring in, but it was Prashant Kishor who questioned Jagan and stalled the attempt to ditch him.
“Prashant Kishor threatened to cancel the contract if I am not given the ticket because he got me into the party. Some MLAs told me that they didn’t expect that I would be getting the seat even after I joined the party. He tried to cheat me (Thadigudda tho Gonthukosendhuku Try Chesadu). Prashant Kishor has more character than Jagan. He saved me from getting deceived by Jagan,” revealed Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju.
