YSR Congress MLA, Roja finally managed to get some relief from Hyderabad high court. The court issued a stay on the one year suspension of Roja imposed by Andhra Pradesh Assembly. The subsequent hearing of the case is posted after four weeks. Roja is expected to attend the Assembly proceedings today itself.
The Nagari MLA is waiting for the Judgement copies which should be presented to the assembly. Opposition Leader YS Jagan and other YSR Congress MLAs will welcome Roja in to the assembly at Gate No.1. After the judgement, Roja announced that this judgement doubles her confidence in the judiciary of the country.
It is known that Roja is caught on video using some very personal comments on Anitha and disgraceful name calling of the Chief Minister. The all party committee appointed by the speaker to look in to the issue, also seconded the one year suspension awarded to Roja. But the court decided otherwise!
