ABN RK - Vemuri Radha KrishnaRK weekend comment this week is going to surely worry the KCR camp. The senior journo revised his comment on KCR and Telangana elections that he gave two months back and it’s not a very pleasant one for the KCR camp. When KCR announced for early elections, his party leaders assumed it’s going to be a cakewalk in the elections. While KCR told that the early elections are to put an end to the growing intolerance among the opposition, it was clear that KCR was confident of winning the elections.

The party leaders too hoped they’d easily win about 100 seats albeit the complaints about some MLAs in some constituencies. A survey two months back revealed 65 percent of people to be satisfactory with KCR governance. However, as time went by KCR‘s arrogance shot up and people’s satisfaction turned negative for KCR.

That aside the rising Congress after its alliance with TDP, CPI and TJS there have been surprising changes at grassroots levels. Should seat allocation and arrangement go well with the Mahakutami then it’s going to a two-sided war between Mahakootami and TRS. What changed in this two months time? People are not really happy with early elections is one thing. More importantly, the political arrogance of KCR is putting off people. People are not happy with the lowly comments by KTR who is second in the party.

Further TRS is giving an impression of a family party. RK recalled the Lakshmi Parvati times and how her language was a put-off and said that KCR too might face the same fate as did Lakshmi Parvati because of caustic language. He felt people are seeing overconfidence in KCR and that could change the fate of the party in the upcoming election. Not to mention the quick political developments at the national level are troubling KCR. He could be regretting the early elections call surely. RK recalled how people dethroned even the so-called charismatic NTR could repeat the same for KCR
