revanth reddy bail petitionThe ACB special court in Hyderabad once again postponed Revanth Reddy’s bail petition and posted it to an other date on 9th June. The court has ordered the officials to submit a counter affidavit on 8th June, a day before the bail petition would be taken up for further proceedings on the case.

Meanwhile, the arguments on custody petition have been concluded. ACB filed a custody petition to take Revanth Reddy into custody for five days and carry on further investigation on the case. The judge of the special ACB court postponed the judgement on this petition to 4 p.m. today evening.

While Revanth Reddy’s supporters are hopeful that Revanth Reddy comes out clean off this case having positives like ACB not taking permission of Election Commission before conducting the sting operation, his political opponents are carefully observing the case as this kind of sting operations may turn ‘revenge tactics’ by ruling governments across the country.
