Revanth Reddy Sandra VeeraiahTelangana Speaker Madhusudhanachari allowed the merger of 12 T-TDP MLAs in to TRS the other day and that leaves the party with only three MLAs in the state assembly. After losing numbers, Telangana TDP also lost its front seats in the party. The left over T-TDP MLAs – Revanth Reddy, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and R.Krishnaiah are given seats in the back rows.

The 12 MLAs who were recognized as TRS MLAs are given seats along with the ruling party members in the state. With this recognition, TRS numbers in the state assembly goes up to 84. In the MLAs who defected to TRS, Talasani Srinivasa Yadav only managed to get first row seat being a Minister.

On the other side, Telangana TDP is gearing up for a legal battle against the Speaker’s ruling. They are finding fault with the Speaker ignoring the disqualification petitions before deciding up on the merger. On the other side, T-TDP may also be forced to vacate Legislative Office in the state assembly.
