Telugu Desam Party MLA, Revanth Reddy finally got a conditional bail from the Hyderabad high court a short while ago. Telangana Attorney General tried his level best to prevent bail but the court refused with his arguments.
All the three accused – Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Rudra Uday Simha were asked to submit 5 Lakhs surety. Sebastian and Uday Simha were asked to report to ACB daily. All the accused were asked not to leave the state and attend the investigation whenever ACB asks it.
The court also asked them not to try to tamper with evidences. The judgement order should be submitted to jail authorities for the release of Revanth Reddy. Since the orders will take time to get ready. Revanth Reddy is likely to get release by the end of the day or early tomorrow morning.
